A BLOOD INITIATION CEREMONY FOR NEW CLUB 100 MEMBERS
What this calls for is a brand new graphics program. This is going to be cool. How about a contest for a blood initiation ceremony for new members to Club 100. I have no idea what such a program will look like, and it's probably a really dumb idea, but what the heck! Think out of the box ... ah, heck, burn the darn box and go for it. The secondary objective is for all of us to come together as club members in the spirit of the user group--to share, to enjoy and to have some old-time programming fun.

GRAND PRISE
The #1 program, selected by the members, will receive a "like-new" 32K Model 102.

EVERYONE IS A WINNER
Everyone who enters a program will win a prise just for participating. Something of value, your choice of a product from the Club 100 Catalog. Participants simply email Rick with their request. It is important to note that a participant is one who offers up a legitimate contest entry attempt at the theme.

ENTERING YOUR PROGRAM
Participants goal is to interpret the vision of the theme "a blood initiation ceremony for new Club 100 members" and build a program. Upload your program to the list in ASCII format. And .CO programs must be in loader format. Note: A legitimate contest entry is an honest attempt at the theme.

TIMING
Build your programs but do not show them until Jan 1, 2004. Judging takes place on Jan 2nd and ends 10 days later. Judges will be polled and a winner announced.

JUDGING
All of us become the judges for all the programs entered in the contest. Since everyone who enters a legitimate program gets their choice of a Club 100 Catalog item, everyone is a winner. The judging goal is for a majority of us to select one program that best illustrates the theme, and for all to appreciate is considered the coolest. Rick Hanson will make the final decision if there is a tie.

All of the programs will be placed at the Club 100 web site on Jan 2nd.
